I keep saying to myself that a 3 stone initial loss will be the extra bulk of my weight which has added to my fat neck and makes my heaviness feel uncomfortable. The subsequent stones will be the slimming down bit. I can't wait

Half way and only a few weeks out. Amazing. I want your success ( less the stricture!)

Haha yeah the stricture probably had a big part! Not eating for 13 days helped the loss but was pretty miserable! I'm 7 weeks out now but this loss included the 2 weeks pre op diet too.
