This is so very true. I over did it and look what happened
Day time telly is so so bad but I feel so much better after 3 days of doing nothing!!! I mean nothing, walking to the bathroom and back that was it. Next big activity I will be joining in with getting the christmas decs up! Got 5 more days of jabs. You can do a dot to dot on my tummy with all my puncture marks
I dont wanna blow my own trumpet but I have quite nice hair, its very long (down to my butt) and im scared of ruining it with dreads. But im also worried eventual hair thinning/loss will be worse! Ive had that before and it wasnt pleasent. I LOVE the dread look and have done for years. After changing my body the way I have is dreading my hair that big a deal??

That's a tricky one when your hair is that long! It will undoubtedly take its toll. You may not lose hair. Might be worth talking to a hairdresser and see if either would make hair loss worse just incase. Might be worth holding on for 2-4 months and see what happens.

you'll be looking good inside and out! I had no trouble sleeping the night before my 1st attempt In fact I slept in front of the fire most of the evening woke at 23:30 gulped down a load of water and went up to bed. Did wake at 5 though. Hope you have a relaxing chilled evening. I'll be thinking of you. If your daughter gets a chance ask her to post to this thread to let us know how you are. I'll have everything crossed! X
