Well done, today I have re-arranged the lounge given the bathroom a good scrub, just back from shopping having a drink of NAS squash before tackling the kitchen.

Bloody hell butterfly don't do to much (6 weeks no heavy lifting or strenuous exercise) you've done some well. Glad to say I feel like I'm following suit. Have a great Christmas. X

Back to hospital for me as surgeon agreed have likely stricture. Going to try and hold out until 27th otherwise I have to go down to Chichester. Can only drink, can't even manage soup no energy, fainted 3 times. Only plus side almost lost 4 stone!

Have to say, missing my Xmas morning cooked breakfast and will miss my mums awesome roast dinner. Feeling a bit down. To be expected I guess, I've been hugely attached to food for over 30 years!

Enjoyed my mini christmas dinner last night (even had a weeny goose fat roast potato! ) and had a tiny mouthful of the yule log I made for dessert - delicious! Fresh fruit salad and a bit of hubby's croissant for breakfast this morning. Now to open the presents! ^-^ I hope you all have a lovely day xXx

Just had my Xmas dinner a sliver of home cooked gammon ham, a sprout, a tiny bit of broccoli, quarter of a roast spud, half a teaspoon of mashed root veg with gravy, it was lovely
