Hi caz, it's going ok getting a bit fed up of milk and yoghurt, but it's been worth it to see the weight coming off. Hope you are doing ok

I'm doing good thanks Lin, I asked my provider about the milk diet and they don't do it at Salford just the very low calorie/carb diet, oh well only another 4 days of it now xx

So glad to hear from you. It does take some time to get yourself together again. I've never had a GA before but it's quite a knock to your body and that wind pain..ouch!

I'm sad that I don't have scales at my boyfriends house and have to weight till surgery day to weigh! Damn haha!

Claire, port holes are still "uncomfortable" and hurt a bit bending, but are getting better each day. I had the dressings changed on Wednesday and intend having them off on Monday, what have you been told?
