So sorry to hear it's still not fixed yet, Mrs Quiggle.

It's all sorted. One of the girls at work gave me the number of her plumber and he was a dream. He spent over 2 hours here, trying to find out what was wrong with it, ringing the makers about various things and driving into Croydon to pick up a part and it finally came down to a lose wire. He found it when he went to take it out to get a new bit and once the wire was fitted back in it was fine. I can't believe that he only charged us £75 with all the time he spent on it. It was quite a tricky one but we got there in the end and for anyone living in the same area as me I can highly recommend him.
