4 pints of semi skimmed milk
at least 2 pints other fluids up 7kcal per 300 ml
1 stock cube
plus up 3 of these extras a day
1 sachet sugar free jelly
1 stock cube
1 sugar free gum (max three sticks)

lol......... I get it now, just like a mug of hot bovril. I don't like the sound of that pre op diet. Would much rather do Cambridge shakes and soups but I suppose its all down to personal choice - or the choice of your surgeon.

Shell, did you have your op at Murrayfield? and who was your surgeon?

Oh, and well done on reaching your goal yesterday!!!!
