hi i have pose booked for 2 weeks time, just wondered if anyone had it done and what their diet was afterwards, was it worth while and would you recommend it? cheers patrick , 28yr old 5ft 6ins 15st 7lb

There is a POSE thread on the 'other wls' part of the site where there is info of journeys to surgery etc.
I have 20th june booked but still have concerns/ wonder about a band due to clinical data etc. I am booked to go to Southampton with Mr Byrne and gave 3-4 stone to shift. I have posted the nutritionists info i was given on the other thread
