Positive Frame of Mind

cazbandy

Bring on the Trumpets!
I had a rubbish food Christmas, ate so much junk and ended up putting half a stone back on, but I knew I would as I had decided to relax and just have some good times.

Since beginning of this week I have decided to get back on track fully.

And so far this week I have lost 6lbs.

I am not seeing my dietician now till 27th January but rather than sit back for another month I am going proactive again.

I am keeping a food diary via myfitnesspal and doing the following:-

1. Getting up at the same time each day and having breakfast without fail
2. Upping my protein
3. Drinking much more
4. Doing 45 mins of exercise a day (varied stuff)

Seeing consultant about fill on 16th February, hopefully by then I will have shifted some and show that previous fails were down to my own apathy.

Only I can fix this really, so a new frame of mind has to happen :)

Good luck Caz and well done for shifting most of the xmas weight so soon! x

Hey Cazza,

You know you're a great inspiration to me as I'm a very very slow loser. Knowing how well you've done keeps me going - especially at times like this when I am on the brink.

Anyway all I can say is you've done phenomenally well to have achieved 6Ibs loss in one week! (that's 1Ib short of losing your Christmas weight gain.... it was only Christmas 2 weeks ago!! OMG!). Am I allowed to ask how you did it?

I look forward to charting your progress.

(I gained weight too despite my efforts to lose :()

@ Caching

I have upped protein and knocked back on carbs. Also my portion size had seriously crept up so gone back to basics really.

Eating of a tea plate again :)

I am normally a slow looser too but I think this weeks loss is a lot of fluid but thats ok, any loss is a good loss.

Keep on trucking - you will get there :)

Good Luck Caz nice to see the positive attitude, also good luck with the dietician on the 27th xxx
