ok so with my advantage card at the ready I'm off to a certain highstreet chemist this weekend to buy the bits and bobs I need for my band op on the 1st may.

Have you lovely post oppers any good tips?

My op was in the summer and I was melting so I took a small battery fan, earplugs are essential because the wards are noisy. I didn't bother with mouth spray they gave me a mouth care kit in hospital that worked and was free!!!

Ear plugs were great! and a sleeping eye mask as well. Baby wipes are good, to stay fresh if they don't let you shower! I was there for 3 days.. I was glad to have them.
