I think I am going to switch to small plates too, I haven't got used to what portions I can/can't eat and tend to overfill my plate thinking it won't be enough, so maybe a small plate will trick my eye!
I really, really craved some pop the other day so had one sip of caffeine-free coke... oh boy, won't be making that mistake again in a hurry!
I don't think I am losing weight, even though I am barely eating anything, and I am not ready to go for a fill yet. Hopefully, things will improve soon.
