I've been so taken up with all of the Apps lately that I've left my diary to get dusty.
So where are we.
I'm 4 days away from my op. I was told to lose 13 lbs and I have lost lost aprox 16 lbs so hopefully that will mean I'm all set for Sunday yay!
I got my wifi scale which is so shiny and beautiful, but at first had me 2lbs heavier than my old scale grrrrrr but I've have come to terms with that lol
And so I am using FitBit and My Fitness Pal in tandem to watch my calories.
I have been ultra perfect on my pre-op diet and hope that it lasts for a while after the op.
I'm trying to get my head around the fact that next week I won't be able to go and get a large chips and force it all down even when I'm full.
It's not like other diets when I was good for a month so I can have 1 cheat day.
I can't eat my feelings and I have to, God forbid, CHEW.
It's weird lol
Now it's just a waiting game.
