Havent had the most healthiest day today

I think that’s great! I would usually be bingeing on all kinds of junk at this time of year just because it’s Christmas! Remember to think what the alternative you could be eating... I’m sure you will realise this isn’t so bad!

Me has floored me again today didn't get up till 2.30pm.

Haven't eaten feel bloated and had back ache -I think my period is due.

Take each day as it comes and try to not look too far ahead... one day at a time xx

My ME and MH have tried to rule christmas I've been shattered ache all over slept over 3 hours today AND had 2 baths.

Weight up-I had 3 slice of bread and butter yesterday 5 cheese straw ( home made) and 3 cookie-it would have been a lot more.

I am adding more fruit and veg to my diet.

I think this is great for Christmas! I’ve never eaten healthily at Christmas until this year (obvs). Don’t be so hard on yourself. You’ve done really well xx

Just get yourself back on track. You can’t change what’s happened, but you can control what’s going to happen. Gaining back control will make you feel better xx
 
Thank you. Back on it today 22.6 stone or 143.3 kg at hospital. She said she would like me to loose another stone in 14 weeks. 1 lb a week.

Went out and had pizza and wine BUT had no starter or desert or breakfast.
