Does your medication carry weight gain as a side effect? Those won't be 12lbs of fat remember because to put that much on in such a short period you'd have had to be mainlining lard 24/7 or something!

How are you doing in yourself?
 
YEP-I panicked hun was 22.8 this morning. so down a bit

Going back to Slimming world TRYING to loose the weight again.

Ok so i have decided I cant afford SW at all. I know its only a £5 a week but thats £20 a month. MY dla has been cut as i am still in a mental health unit. Meaning I am surviving on just over £400 a month right now. I need to pay the mortgage from July so need to start saving up somehow-She says as she bought a £16 bed set from wilkos today! I want to re do the bedroom once ex hubby has moved out :)

I am going to TRY a higher protein diet as it will help my ME?CFS and get me ready for my weight loss op-still not heard anything as yet-so frustrating.

My ME has been playing up I am struggling to get 5000 steps in a dat. Xxxx
 
Well don't push yourself too hard. I have chronic fatigue too and we both know about paying for it with a crash if you try and go beyond your limits x

Hey hun thank you-have been with my son all day today so it's hard not to push myself on the one day I get him from 10 till 6pm. But I did ok shattered....but just taken sleeping meds so hope they kick in soon. Sorry you have ME too it's a tough ilness I've had it since I was 21 ( now almost 36)
