So tired today. Been out to lunch had a healthy salad and coffee....with cream ;) yummy.

I think so hunny-I will go right off the rails hunny if I don't.

I still have to remember I have lost almost 3 stone through slimming world /healthy eating.

It was my birthday at the weekend so been a weekend off track well yesterday cake for breakfast fish and chips for lunch and biscuits for tea.

Back on track today. Slept at my parents so didn't weigh in.

My weight has gone up 6lbs heavier than my lowest weight 22.4. But in the scale of things I am not beating myself up about it. I hope to be 21 stone by next Fri. Xxxc
 
How much does that mean losing in 8 days though @Lottiewishes ?
I am glad you're not beating yourself up, it is so easy to get into such a negative loop and it generally leads to more gains in my experience so keeping positive is definitely the way forward :)
 
I need to loose 4lbs in 8 days-not sure I can do it...but going to give it a good go had high protein but high fat foods today-but no binge and no nuts and had an emotional day with ex. I love him so much :( mh isn't great either :( xxx
