Still not loosing

When I went for my post op check up few wks back they said I'd been very lucky not having a stall yet but not to get disheartened if I did very soon and they sed a stall can last for several wks but its perfectly normal and the loss would restart again eventually x

I go to the Brittania leisure centre Hyde rd Hoxton. 3 water workouts a week. Mon 10 am, thurs 2 pm, fri 9.30 am. Costs me £25 per month & can use gym , pool, sauna, aerobic classes etc between 9 to 5. Can also use Clissold & Kingshall in Hackney on same membership. Good value. I'm doing Homerton PACE on weds at 3 PM. Plenty of spaces if it suits. Al was trying to drum up business last week.

Thanks for the info dear. I'm looking at some gyms near my home but didnt decide which to join yet.

Throw them out the window, they'll move plenty then and you'll feel so much better ;)

I'm still having probs too. Can't keep anything solid down over weekend so back on fluids & soups. Constipated dispite suppositories. No energy even though exercising. Don't feel well. STILL NO WEIGHT LOSS!
Just bought 2 lovely dresses to cheer myself up.

Last night i really felt wired. Felt like my stomach was empty after eating and it was cold inside. I thought i broke my pouch. What should we do if we have any doubts about the pouch?

Ring the team at Homerton they always get back to you & I found them very helpful.

My blood sugar this morning was 4.4. Any of you know what should i do if it gets too low?

Me again...the resident who loves to answer the diabetic questions... 4.4 mmols is fine - depending on how you felt. What med's are you on for your diabetes now? As it depends what med's you on to what you would take to increase you blood glucose. x

Hi OOnion, you are always most welcome to answer my dear. I am not on any meds at the moment. My meds are off from the day i had surgery. I didnt really feel anything. just thought about what should i do if it goes lower. I never had this low before.

You should not be testing if your not on meds any more. Your body will tell you when you need to do something, not the number on the machine. You need to be very careful as the symptoms of dumping can be the same as a hypo - if you're not on any med's then you should not go low as long as you are eating and drinking regularly, so that is one less thing for you to worry about xxx
