I emailed my dietitian asking her for help to shift my last stone. She told me to stop weighing myself every day. I told her I can't stop myself. So she said she's coming round while I'm away (going for two weeks to Israel but will be online from there) and she threatened to come round and steal my scales!!
She also asked me to keep a food diary for a few days and email it to her.
I think my old habits of snacking creeping in and making me crazy. When i'm alone i keep on snacking on mixed nuts, wasabi peas and spicy corns. Some times cheese puffs. What do i do? I'm 79 kg at the moment. I feel soooo bad. How do i stop?
Don't buy it!! And of you have to have it, hide it away out of sight?! Did you see secret eaters on channel 4 last night?? It has tips to help snacking. I've just been shopping and bought the kids things that I don't like to stop me snacking. Hang in there!!! X
