GP called me today as my calcium is too high so I have to stop the calcium tablets for 4 weeks and get a repeat blood test. Oh well better do what I am told. Lots of walking today and over 20,000 steps!
Stayed the same this week which I am happy with. As long as I am not going up I will take it. I sooo need to be able to get back to the gym which I miss so much. I will need to up my walking next week xx
Thanks Emma. I still don’t know as I am under the specialist physios to strengthen my pelvic floor and it is a long job, quite a few months yet I think. It has already been 4 months and is very frustrating xxx

Hello maria doing marvelously i see ..you have been told no gym so no gym it is ur walking is enough excercise till ur body has healed put urself in ur body and look what its been threw not only dramatic weight loss but the womens problems also ur a super star well done you

Has that really been 4 months wow, no wonder you are climbing the walls hun.. Hopefully it won't be too much longer until you are back in the gym, well done for maintaining x
Hi Kim this is the last week of phased return to work. It is ok but bizzy. I only do two and a half days a week anyway so not too bad. Just miss the gym so much xxx
I understand how you feel when your missing something that helps your weight loss and fitness but you are still doing extremely well to maintain your weight despite being unable to use the gym which is not an easy thing to do. I will be keeping my fingers crossed next week may show another loss for you!
