Hi All

Some great losses there - well done everyone.

I have lost 3lb this week which I'm really pleased with this as I had two nights with company where I had wine. We had takeout from Nandos both times and I am pleased that I chose well. I allowed myself a treat each night - we had chocolate cake - because I feel if I try to deprive myself of everything I will find it too hard. I don't have much restriction at the moment so relying on will power but I feel that I am in the zone so everything is going ok. I have a fill booked for 11 May that should take me to 6ml so hopefully will start to get some restriction. Have a good weekend everyone.

Hi everyone - well just 1lb off for me this week!

Hoping it would be more - guess you can`t keep sustaining losses indefinately!

Anyhoo - Just a few words of encouragement and congratulations to my friends on here.

Leesh - You lost 1lb Well done hun x I think you may have to get the old daily weigh ins under control though, otherwise it just makes you so wound up whenever it varies downwards, as it may do at times...Good luck hun x

Melly - Well done on your 1lb loss x You`ll soon get under 14 stone x

Mandy - Wow 10lbs over 2 x weeks. Great start hun x

Magic - Fantastic hun x 7lbs off - you`ll be very soon under 14st x

Karlene - I know how you feel hun x I stayed the same for a few weeks in between fills and it can get you down a bit, but stick with it and you`ll soon notice a difference hun x

Weeble - 3lbs off Really good as you still had a busy social life and did`nt give in to temptation! x Only a few weeks until your fill hun x

Another great week for us banders. Well done everyone.

Ive lost 6.75lbs this week, taking my total to 20 lbs.

Some great losses this week. Whether you lost, stayed the same or had a minor blip - well done. This is such a great help and support - this and the food and exercise thread.

Well amongst all my turmoil this week I was getting ready for work on Wednesday morning and trying to find a skirt came across one I had bought a few years ago. It is a Simply Be one. I don't know about you but their clothes always seem a size or two smaller than everyone else's. I tried it when I got it and was disgusted how small it came up. I meant to send it back and never got round to it. I remember trying it on a few months ago and I could not even zip it up. Slipped it on and it fitted - so wore it - result:D.

I really need to have a good sort out of my clothes. I am a terrible hoarder and a lot of it is so old it just needs to be bagged and taken for recycling. I hate clothes shopping and I always will no matter what size I eventually get into. Don't get me wrong I like clothes just shopping for them:D. When I shop for clothes now it tends to be online. Anyway I have clothes in a range of sizes due to my weight going up and down so much in the last 25 years so I need to sort them into sizes and use them to keep measuring how I am doing. I have next weekend as it is a bank holiday to give it a good go. Mr TB is fretting already at the thought of it:rolleyes:.

tranquil x
