Happy weigh in day, hope everyone is ok?
I have done my weigh in this morning and have stayed the same which was no real surprise to me after stuffing my face leading up to my fill and then being unable to eat properly the rest of the week. Had a super stressfull week as well at work (just busy really) and my little boy has a caugh which is keeping him awake, he just has a little cold really but cant rest with the caugh so not been sleeping. My husband is working away too. Poor me eh, he he.
Sooooooo, having said that I would be happy to stay the same next week. since it is mothers day and my husbands birthday next week which will call for a little indulgence. Actually I will not be able to weigh in Saturday as we are having a long awaited weekend away (just the two of us!!!) so will do when we get back. I know its not very ambitious but I think it is realistic given we are going away and stuff and I am very happy to play the long game here. I will aim to stick to healthy eating at all other times other than when we go out for our meals and stuff. not sure what I will be able to have then actually following the fill. Its the red wine that concerns me more than food to be honest! On Sunday the family have decided to order chinese to give all the mums a break but i am not sure what i will be able to have as i will be on the last day of mushies following fill. What do you think i will be able to eat given I should hopefully be able to eat normally the day after?
My fill went well, she only put half a ml in as she is convinced i am getting close, not sure if I feel like that but you have to trust their better judgement dont you. Im hoping to have some restriction when I try some real food. Think I have about 7.5mls in 9.5ml band but will have to ask properly next time, she said not to worry about the bands capasity though as they can actually fill it past capasity if nesessary, I didnt know that. What does everyone else have in their bands out of interest?
Sorry for waffeling but I think it is doing me a lot of good to analyse what I have done over the week and to make a plan for the new week. I have been trying to keep up with all the band related threads too for a bit of inspiration. Lovely to have a place to go where people understand your struggles, so come on, how has everyone else done, and how have you done it? I need to be inspired.
