hi annie i am waiting for a gastric bypass to,im from london,my gp referred me to hospital and after my first appt with bariatric nurse applied for funding which took three weeks for reply.

Wow that was quick. How long before you get word of a date? Sitting watching Fat Surgeons at the moment - not sure if that's a good thing or not!!!??

I had a gastric sleeve. My bmi was approx 41 and I felt it suited me best.

Bypass. My bmi is currently 46. All terrifying at the moment but know I am making the right decision for me and my future.

Thanks! Dundee and getting the bypass. Are u pre or post op?
