ah ok, thanks for that Lorna x

Sam (not Red as originally typed because I'm a dumbass, or stupid fish (dumb bass!!) as I keep telling my boss as we're not allowed to right dumbass in our emails!!), I know what you mean about having people on your doorstep. When I lived in the south east my best friend was round the corner and we worked together too, so every night she would come round to mine and have dinner with us, and we'd spend most of the weekend together. At my age (43) it isn't so easy to make new friends who will accept you like your best buddy did, warts and all!!! I work for a large organisation in Leek and most of the people I work with have worked there since they left school, have lived in the area their whole lives and already have their social network pretty sorted! I have met a couple of people through the WLS journey.

I don't know about the 28th yet - we are hoping to get a puppy soon and we won't want to go anywhere the first few weeks!! Pathetic I know! But if we haven't got one by then I will let you know and I'll come down on the train!! Won't be staying late though, I'm banned from going out for drinks if I have to get the train - too many years of Friday nights after work in London, ending up about 5 stations on from mine and being too drunk to work out how to leave the station to find a taxi!!!! Poor...

Hi Sam I thought I was under Mr Khan but the day of my op he was off work so miss heitmann did it

Hi, Allie,
Hope you enjoy your meal tonight. Is it going to be a curry? Are you all set for tomorrow? x
Hi Sue, I really thought up until tonight that my last meal would be a curry, with all the trimmings. But tonight came and I did'nt fancy it at all, I love curry too! I fancied a Burger king and that is what I have had, it was lovely. Thankyou for asking. I've got me two pints of milk and my 4 mullerlight yogurts all ready for tomorrow. You watch I will really fancy the blumin curry tomorrow! lol. x

Once all the scabs have gone Tina, so its not going on any open bits.

Dunno why but I can't view the photos, the links never work... Help??!!!!!!!!

I have decided I want roast rib of beef, roast potatoes and proper yorkshires and have suggested my mother-in-law cooks it!!!! Then we can get piddled on really good red wine, perhaps rhubarb crumble with custard, cream and icecream just to feel really sick, and have some cheese for afters with port, and then get a taxi home!!! And then no washing up either!!!

Mind you, mother-in-law does a wicked chocolate bread & butter pudding, and brother-in-law does a fabulous prune & armagnac B&B pudding, so perhaps we could just have those and forget the beef!! ha ha!
