A few people have said to me now that they'd never have guessed I'd ever been overweight. The girls at college were shocked last week when I said I'd lost over 7 stone! Saying that though, naked it's a different matter lol.

I don't know where to get weighed I was weighing in at Boots Beggers Bush every Tuesday but last week there scales said I had gained a lb and had me at 17 stone 9lb the same day at the hospital they weighed me at 17 stone 3lb!! so there scales me be off...

Anyway who's up for a B44 swimming club?

Wyndley is good for me never been Erdington, Think Wyndley do a Aqua Aerobics also. I'm not a strong swimmer to be honest but some is better than none lol

I understand I'm only six weeks post op on Thursday so far from my target weight.. If it's a confidence thing please be reassured we prob all feel the same. I know I do hence why I suggested a group I couldn't go on my own I truly do need support and motivation..

Regarding my bypass have previously been banded and not lost a single LB I love it... Hasn't been as traumatic as I expected. it's the best thing i ever did
