What have you eaten today?

Breakfast 1 weatabix
Lunch Corned beef mash
Dinner some more because I loved it at lunch
Snacks 1 small pot of m&s Rice pudding and a pro-biotic drink.
2litres water 1 coffee and 1 multivitamin.
 
breakfast : milky coffee
late lunch: (3ish, cant really stomach food till later in the day at moment) half waitrose rice salad
supper: prawns and salad
watermelon(loads) and yogurt(made me dump)and 1 cracker and cheese. sounds like loads now i`ve written it down. Really need to up my protein me thinks
 
Today I have had........

B/F one weetabix with benefiber and milk
L nothing
Tea four small pieces of curried chicken, then later on one cheese and onion crispbake and ketchup! Yummmm

Snacks just had one bag of pickled onion space raiders!
Water melon and plenty of diet squash sipped through the day.
 
Breakfast: 1.5 weetabix with a banana and semi skimmed milk (and a multi vitamin)
Lunch: Small M&S Prawn salad, one feta parcel, one piece cheese
Dinner: One Babybel cheese, One steamed courgette and a handful of french beans, followed by a jaffa cake.
Drinks: About 1 .5 litres of water, a glass of milk and a glass of flat diet coke.
 
Yesterday I had

4 tablespoons of porridge
mid morning half a slice of brown bread and marmite
Lunch homemade soup..carrot 100gs
Mid afternoon cheese triangle
Tea chicken curry homemade 4 cubes of chicken and sauce no rice!
supper frozen angel delight no sugar butterscotch home made lollie

plenty of no sugar dilute, 2 coffees, fruit tea

I am week 7 and a bit post op bypasser....

so just chewing...and adding new foods now....

today so far ive had..

breakfast. 2 coffee's

lunch. half a chicken breast, scoop of mash, floret of both cauli and brockli, peas,carrots gravy. 1 aunty bessies y.pud.

im stuffed now, prob not each alot if any thing now for the rest of the day.
 
Breakfast - slim fast shake

Lunch - jacket potato plus little bit of tuna and little bit of coleslaw. Eat most of the middle but couldnt manage the skin.

2 cups of tea so far and 1 ltr of water.

Tea - dunno yet still too full to think about it! but last night had a vegetable curry (no rice etc).
 
So far I have had:-

1 bowl Greek yoghurt with museli and honey.
1 litre raspberry and green tea flavoured water.
5 crackers, 2 matchbox sized pieces of cheese, a dollop of pickle and a salad.

Jenni, what type of seeds do you eat? I used to have linseeds every day before banding (they keep you regular :sick0019: ...sorry tmi :eek:) but not sure if I should try them again yet...just wondered if they'd be ok in yogurt so that they swell before eating them?
 
Hiya today i have had,

B = 1 wheight watchers fromage frais and 2 laughing cow triangles

D = 1 small bowl homemade beef stew 180 grm

t = half of a tesco fish pie with small amount peas and carrots

s = 150 grm heinz vegetable soup and 1 babybel light chese

drinks = half pint skimmed milk, half small glass orange juice watered down, vimto sqaush and tea.:D:D:D
 
today iv had a portion of cashew nuts

3 hot and spicey chicken wings with a very small portion of salad

a vianese choc cake thing[naughty naughty]

one sppon of tuna mayo but it made me sick so i dont think it counts lol
 
Im on day three of my pre op diet and Ive had...small bowl of rice crispies....1 boiled egg....2 oz of chicken on weightwatcher bread....and Im starving!..lol

Hang on in there Kell not long to go keep to the pre op it will help you in the long run both mentally and liver wise and keep drinking. janey ;););););););)

today ive had....

breakfast 9am cup of coffee

dinner 12.30 a 2 egg ham and mushroom omlette with tinned tomatoes.

lunch 6.30pm pea and ham soup

snack 4 cars water biscuits topped with dairy lea light, thin sliced tomato and a sprinkle of garlic salt.

drinks lots of water and suger free dilute juice.

I am a bander. I had an adjustment last wednesday, and just to give you an idea of what I am having for my 7 days liquid diet, goes as follows:
Breakfast: small americano coffee with skimmed milk (costas)
Snack: Oasis citrus punch drink
Lunch: No added sugar Apple & Blackcurrent squash
Snack: Cup of tea
Evening Meal: Shake from McDonalds
Snack: Tea, and Squash.
4th day into a 7 day liquid diet, oh joy:cry:
