What have you eaten today?

Today has been a bad day, I need a slap...LOL

Breakfast: Cup of tea, skimmed milk
Lunch: 1 fried egg, slice of ham and 7 chips
Afternoon: orange sorbet on cone
Dinner: 1 tin Parsnip Soup, with grated cheese. 250g Greek Yoghurt with honey and sprinkling of almonds.
Lots of fluids and a small packet of fruit flakes.
 
today i have had

b = 1 wheight watchers fromage frais and 1 very light cheese triangle.

d = 1 rasher streaky bacon and tinned tomatoes

t = 1 faggot, 100 grms mashed pot and 50 grms mushy peas.

s = half a small tin heinz oxtail soup, 1 very light cheese triangle.

I feel like i have eaten loads today
 
I have had today

fish and salad
yogurt
skinny cow lolly
and a slice of weetabix cake

d = 40 grms roast pork, mashed potatoes, roast pot, roast sqaush, carrot, parsnip and cauliflour
t = 1 slice wholemeale nimble toasted with 28 grms low fat cheese
s = 1 cup a soup and laughing cow very light triangle
 
I have had a real bad day today and when I say bad I mean bloody awful

Breakfast = yogurt, 3 orios and a slice of melon

Dinner = Magnum ice cream and a bag of crisps

Not had tea yet
 
BAD BAD BAD day!! this is my first time posting my food up, im hoping it will make me behave if i know i have to put it up on here!

Breakfast: Toast
Lunch: Spaghetti hoops on toast, 1 bag of HUGE bacon crisps and 2 weight watchers puddings
Tea: will be a BBQ if the weather holds out (my friend just got engaged and its a mini party)

I have been watching what I eat carefully since finding out my surgery date (ive lost about a stone i think) but im starting the preop 2 week liver reducing diet a week today and now im finding it hard as i just keep thinking to myself 'oh its fine- eat the things you want this week as you wont be able to have them again!'- i know thats not the attitude to take but im really struggling.
 
Brunch- (I don't do breakfast) porridge oats made with soymilk, splenda and a sliced peach
snack- 3 mini quorn scotch eggs
thinking about dinner- endmame salad and maybe some tuna

feel really stuffed now

Lunch: Tin of WW tomato soup

Dinner: Homemade cottage pie with gravy

Snack: Cup of tea with 1 finger of kitkat (PMT....need chocolate) :17729:
 
Hiya

breakfast - 2 tablespoons greek 0% yoghurt, with 10 raspberries and 1 chopped strawberry, and a teaspoon honey.

Lunch - 2 carrs water biscuits, laughing cow xtra light triangle and 2 slices wafer thin healthy choice (tesco) ham.

Dinner - 1 homemade meatball with one tablespoon spaghetti sauce (no pasta).

brekkie- natural yogurt with a few grapes and strawberries

lunch- 4 crabsticks with low cal thousand island dip

dinner- cous-cous with curry paste-yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!!!!!

Breakfast- Coffee

Lunch- 1 Fish finger, spoonful of peas, 3 chips, and a yoghurt

Tea (my sons 7th birthday)- Half a small slice of thin base pizza,veg crudites, teeny sausage roll, cocktail sausage.Jelly and ice cream.

Snack- bag of quavers.

Feel like a complete piggy at the moment- is this too much food?????
