Bring on the Trumpets!
Today has been a bad day, I need a slap...LOL
Breakfast: Cup of tea, skimmed milk
Lunch: 1 fried egg, slice of ham and 7 chips
Afternoon: orange sorbet on cone
Dinner: 1 tin Parsnip Soup, with grated cheese. 250g Greek Yoghurt with honey and sprinkling of almonds.
Lots of fluids and a small packet of fruit flakes.
