i had potato bake a pork steak and vegetables (broccoli, cauli, carrots and a couple of runner beans) the dietician at hospital told me to divide my plate - half veggies, a quarter meat or fish and a quarter potatoes, rice or peas! this is my 4th day into this plan and doing quite well actually, sticking to 3 meals a day and thats it and for afters.... 15 mins on the treadmill!
