Day 193---my birthday!!!!
Brunch- sausage baguette coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D- 2x steak medallion 5x roast potatoes champagne to drink 1x chocolate coux bun cake water to drink
Snack- 1x orange lolly
writing this in a very nice ladies rest room I couldn't slip up a night even on my birthday !
didn't think I would eat so much after months of been soo good but the meal was flipping lush!
so ive had my food funeral even thou I said I wasn't going to
thank you for all my birthday wishes hope I dont have a sore head in the morning !
ps sorry for any spelling errors I blame the champagne

Day 194
Brunch- 4x streaky bacon 2x scrambled eggs toast fruit juice
D- spaghetti Bolognese with plain rice water to drink
Snacks- 1x slim fast 1x cheese straw coffee
ok day feel full and happy .....expect im thinking about how to plan my 4 weeks of pre op diet I keep reading the leaflet they gave me and I need to plan but don't know how to start,does anyone have a weeks worth of meals that I can use and repeat over the 4 weeks ? I know I have already asked I just want to do it right get all I need in and be off to a flying start .
I don't start it till Thursday so I will just have to buckle down and try and plan out a menu

is it just a low cal diet Los?
See if i can find mine somewhere lol is vaguely on my diary too :) right at the start. Mine was low cal with a little carb easy to stick to a tad boring but did me just fine x x x
 
Wow, thanks ! It would be so helpful I dont care if its samey just want to get it right , and be successful at it , it means the world to me and if somhow I go wrong and the op isnt done I would be beyond sad the op dont bother me as ive researched so much and feel confident in what I know its just this bit

I though i'd still got the email the hospital sent me but not :( on my diary at the start there are a couple of days worth of eating.......... tbh there wasn't much choice anyway lol
the veg list was green only same salads. White fish or chicken breast boiled. I was allowed potato but small amounts :) i ate from a small plate, and started to follow the 20 20 20 rules lol

Have u been told what to do? is it 1000 low cal? if so its quite easy :) get yourself myfitnesspal and log your intake there, that will keep a check on your cals...... it is scarey i was exactly the same, certainly didn't want to muck up either. If it were me doing it again i would stick to what i did, because i never felt hungry doing it :) i lost 1 stone 5 on that in 2 weeks so it did the job beautifully

this was one day i did :)
B 1 x 27g sachet of original oat so simple (made with water)
L 2 x boiled eggs with 3 original ryvitas (veg from list)
D 130g boiled chicken 130g jacket potato veg from list
extras 1 small apple + Sugar free jelly + ww fat free yougurt


another day
B 27g sachet original oat so simple (made with water)
L 83g tin of tuna in brine, 3 original ryvita, cucumber and celery
D 200g white fish boiled, 130g jacket potato, cauliflower, broccoli and 5 mushrooms
Mid morning snack ww low fat yogurt
and later tonight some sugar free jelly and an apple

i added pepper for extra taste too but no salt ugh!!!

give you an idea at least :) hope it helps a little x x x x

Day 195
B- slim fast
L- ham sandwich 10 chips coffee milk 1x sugar
D- weight watchers meatballs and spaghetti water to drink
Snack- 1x slim fast 2x mini haribos 1x bagel
keep thinking about food all day, keep going to the fridge poking my beak in then closing the door back! just don't know what I want only have loads of slim fasts ,ready made N.A.S jelly and 5 ready meals in there so slim pickings!
maybe its me driving myself up the wall with the 21 (proper start of the lsd) looming ever faster on the wall
having a last cuppa with the bagel then off to bed
 
Day 196
B- slim fast
L- sainsbury egg salad water to drink banana
D- weight watchers sweet and sour chicken with rice water to drink banana
snacks- slim fast 2x slices of edam cheese
head hunger is a b☆☆☆h! Just had some cheese that if im honest I didnt really need but only had the 2 slices. I will now bag up the shelf of jellies I brought when tesco was selling them cheap and bag up the slim fast snacks I brought when I went a bit over board on buying slim fasts as they too were going cheap and take them into work
I have just 2x weight watchers meals left then they have gone too ...its finally becoming real im ecxitedbut also wobbling a bit just need to create a menu using the paperwork I got , once ive done this my mind will be more settled
enough for now going to have an early night , I guess I will be having more if these if it stops me going to the fridge!

Day 197
B- slim fast
L-small pre packed plain salad with 1/2 pack of chopped up ham water to drink banana
D- weight watchers chicken curry with rice water to drink
Snacks- 2× mini bags of weight watchers prezels 4x ryvita 2x pre sliced edam chesse slices coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
have REALLY cut back ....till just now it was watching a tv programme about eating less meat which done me in!
Anyway fridge and bread bin all cleared out , breakfast stuff out for the morning think im sorted all I can say now is
BRING IT ON!
 
Day 198(day 1 of LSD)
B- 1x Weetabix milk
L- 1/2 a egg and ham salad water to drink
D-none *
Snack- 2x bananas 3x ryvita 2x pre sliced cheese 1x chopped onions 1x slim fast
* dinner- didn't have any as I went straight from work to the homerton support group ,had a banana while waiting then straight in.
it was great to meet people who were either pre opers or post opers all with valuable information to share chatted with one guy who had ,had his WLS only 2 weeks ago he was up and about and chatting and he said himself how good he feels ,it was amazing to see not just him but 2 other guys who all had WLS the same day all attending the meeting
meet Stacey 83 there she is an amazing woman im soo pleased to have meet her(and her sister)
came back feeling hungry now I could have ruined my first day of my lsd and had a bag of chips ...instead I came home and had the snack don't know if I have done the right thing but at least I didn't do the wrong thing
anyway off to bed very tired

Been looking at your food diary, because somehow since I was told to loose a stone and half in a month, I have lost my way some how :break_diet:
Thank you for putting this on, and a very well done to you. Not long now to the 21st when you start your pre op. :D
