After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

I am so glad you finally got your date! You are really motuvated, focused and determined to change your life! You really set a great example! :)
 
Congrats on the date as for lsd hard ti say as diff providers ask for diff diets I did 4 weeks on 8/10 yogurt and 1 pjnt milk daily so went with the 8 and had 2 for breakfast 2 lunch 2 dinner and 2 as snacks and used the pint milk for teas coffees or hot choc
 
Day 178
B- rice krispies
L- chicken curry 10 chips water to drink yogurt after
D- veggie flan water to drink
Snack- 2x jam doughnuts water to drink
just had to have a doughnut nothing else was going to hit the spot! had to buy a pack of 5 to get2 and had to bin the rest if I had kept them I know by the end of the night I would have eaten them ,not wanting to "waste them" strange thought since I ended up binning them anyway

Day 178-minus 48 days till op!
B-2x bagels coffee milk no sugar
L- cheese and pickle sandwich water to drink plain crisps
D-jacket potato with tuna and onion and a sprinkle of cheese water to drink
Snack- grapes cherry tomatoes 2x ice lollies 1/2 bag of cheese and onion crisps
good day and ok evening ,keep thinking am hungry but realise I am in more of a need of a drink glad I am recognise that as in the pass I would have eaten something (i.e the half bag of crisps)and then had a drink !
ps thinking of doing a count down a kind of proper pre diet food log in so with that in mind I will be adding on a - sign from tonight so ive worked out im around 50 days from wed till (fingers x)I have my op !

Day 179
B- 1× bagel water to drink
L- finger sandwiches 1x mini quiche 1x scone bit of butter and jam tea milk sugar
late dinner- cheesy chips coffee
Snacks- lime and soda 1x plain crisps 1x mini bag of haribos
currently writing this while in a travel lodge in rainy manchester! Come to visit by little sister who has a summer teacher's job at the university
now she knows im a massive corrie fan and has a trat she booked me a guided tour of the old set....its flipping brilliant took loads of photos and my knees are screaming for a break ive walked miles , so resting up in bed but had to do my food log, wont give myself a day off!

Day 180
B-Cooked breakfast bacon scrambled eggs sausage beans coffee orange squash(staying at travel lodge)
L- 2x lamb kofta salad lime and soda
D- none
Snack- 1x scone coffee 1x mini bag of harbio
feel a tad stuffed up! not eaten so much in such a long time ,but I will say I did leave a lot of lunch as well I knew when to step away from the plate so it was good to be able to pick up the signs of been full
had a great weekend in Manchester went to the corrie set ,then the Arndale shopping centre, tram rides, the Lowry centre ,high tea in a mad hatters tea room called Richmond tea rooms ,a fantastic place my knees are still in pain but I wasn't going to tell my sister as I only had 2 days with her
glad to be home and can rest up for a bit before returning for a 3rd week of jury service!
 
Day 181
B- 1x bagel
L-meat pie and chips (left more than 1/2 )yoghurt water and plain crisps
D- large Yorkshire pudding with 2x sliced beef 2x egg size roast spuds and a spoon of peas inside it and added some cauliflower cheese water to drink
Snacks- 2x jelly handful of nuts
still feeling a bit full from yesterday that's why I left so much of my lunch ! I have to say its a great feeling to realise when your full and had enough and to be aware of that much earlier than before where I would realise I was full when I had a pain or needed to undo my jean button

L-cheese and onion pie water ,yogurt
D- spaghetti in sauce with a sprinkle of cheese water to drink
Snacks- 1x bag of mini cookies 2x bananas 3 x boiled sweets
good day found myself again leaving some lunch and been happy to do so
I keep reading my letters from homerton re my up coming WLS it looks like im having a bypass which has made me happy as its what I want
going to go now very tired and still (my 3rd week)on jury service the court room as been very warm and is making all of us very warm and tired
 
Day 183
B-1x porridge 2x bread and butter water to drink
L-2x sausages 1x scoop of mash 1x scoop of peas water to drink 1x plain crisps(half a bag) 3x Jaffa cakes
D- jacket potato with tuna and sprinkle of cheese water to drink
S-2x bananas
eating enough to be happy and not over eating but as I am writing this I keep thinking I need to eat something but don't know what!

B- 3× toast with marmalade and spread coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- tesco meal deal egg & cress sandwich bittle of water 1x plain crisps 1x banana
D- home made chicken cubed on skewers salad water
Snacks- 1× banana 2x jellies water
good day had the jelly but if im honest did I really need them ?
got a call from the nurse at homerton she was soo nice talked about what to expect with my upcoming appointment where to go stuff like that she came across as been so pleased for me which in turn made me really happy
I cant wait to go ...only 7 sleeps till my appointment!!
 
Well done on your food today, it was really good! Gotta love Homerton, I'm not back in there until 20 August for tests. What's your appointment in 7 sleeps? Hope it goes really well xx
 
Doing fab but I would maybe try for less bread in readiness for post op but again thats just me but you have come a long way you should be proud

Your right princess re the bread bread normally bloats me so normally have much less but been on jury service makes you pick quick foods you wouldnt normally go for
Jury service had now ended so it should encourage me to cut back a bit
 
Day 185

D- left over chicken on skewers salad fruit juice to drink
Snacks- 1× mini bag of harbio 2x cheese twists fruit juice
can really see my food choices changing and I can "hear" my head hunger but not giving in to it I still in my head say when the head hunger demon pops up, do I need it or do I want it? It works every time for me just glad ive reached this point now just before I do the LSD it will still hurt to do it but at least I "hear" my demons now
