After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

Day 186
B- ham and cheese baguette coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D- thin steak in mexican spices, wedges cherry tomatoes 1x glass of red wine
Snacks-3x iced lollies 2x bananas
the steak was lovely it was so thin almost like a pancake took seconds to cook
does anyone know if when im on the LSD can I have iced lollies and if so where can I buy some sugar free ones? its been so warm and I love having a lolly or 3 during this muggy weather
other than that all is ok
 
Not sure sugar free ones exist, or if your allowed em lol but get yourself a lolly maker (got mine in sainsburys) and make them out of your sugar free squash :) perfect x x x
 
Not sure you can have them I would ask to bd safe
 
Day 187
Brunch- 2x bacon and avocado rolls coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D-gammon nothing else * water to drink
Snack- 1x banana 3x ice lollies 1x plain crisps 1x slim fast
had such a big brunch (only my usual 2x rolls but this time it felt massive) I lasted right thru till dinner time but I wasn't really hungry but I still cooked it had a few mouthfuls .....and binned it ! I knew I wasn't hungry but still went ahead and cooked it ....god only knows why I should listen to myself and stop wasting food like that
tried the slim fast instead I posted my thoughts earlier on it (ok tastes like McDonalds with a "fake" creaminess but not too unpleasant )had a strawberry one and still have a chocolate one in the fridge
think I might buy some to leave in the fridge while its a £1 per bottle
only 4 sleeps to go till im at Homerton !
ps ive seen a post where someone mentions sugar free lollies in Iceland something about Disney lollies(?) will take a look next time I swing by an icelands
 
I buy iceland fruit lollies for grandkids never seen sugar free just no added sugar will get pic later I tried one they were nice
 
Day 188
B- 1x left over bacon roll coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- 2x fish fingers mash and beans fizzy water to drink
D- ham salad sandwich 1x larger to drink
Snacks- water 2x bananas 1x slim fast chocolate bar small handful of nuts
ok day brought some slim fasts and centrum 50+multi vitamins(3 for £10 in Asda) and some slim fast snacks im not really sure why I brought them as I don't really want to do the liquid LSD but I guess it canstay in the fridge /cupboard till after the WLS if I need them
anyway back to watching c5 for me
 
You're doing so well and all these small changes now will make it so much easier on the otherside. I have protein shakes and nuts frequently now to get in the goodness I need. Stocking up is a good plan although you'll be shocked at how long things last when you have a tiny tummy and how much your tastes change!
 
Day 189
B- slim fast mocca 1x banana water to drink
L-cheese salad roll with handful of chip shop chips water to drink
D- Asda weight watchers chicken in peppercorn sauce 3x roast spuds and veg juicy water to drink
Snacks- slim fast chocolate flavour 1x slim fast pretzels snack bag
tried another slim fast and it was nice same as the mocca think I will give the strawberry one a miss!
Dont feel hungry at all wish I tried this before to at least kick start some weight loss
overall a good day
 
Day 190(2 sleeps till hospital visit!)
B- slim fast 1x banana water to drink
L- 1x toasted ham and cheese sandwich tea milk 1x sugar
D- Asda weight watchers chilli con carne ready meal juicy water to drink
Snacks- 1x mini bag of haribos
Even thou im content (meaning fed and not hungry )I still keep thinking I need to eat something else ,maybe im just use to constantly grazing and ive not quite kicked the habit!
I am still enjoying the slim fasts in the morning and it has kept me going till lunch time so that's been good in itself and saying no to things has got so much easier I jst have to trey and stick to smaller meals or snacks at lunch time then even less once I start the LSD !
 
Day 191

L- small bowl of spaghetti bolengise water to drink
D- Asda weight watchers chicken curry and rice water to drink
Snacks- 3× ice lollies 2x slim fast mini pretzels bag slices of melon handful of nuts
good day didnt really need the nuts or pretzels
well tomorrow's the day when I meet my team have my checks done and next day I start my LSD! I want to do the 1000 calories a day one so will have a chat with the dietician
im so excited I just want to get started
I will try and update during the day xx

Day 192
B- 1x slim fast
L- 1x breakfast roll ,hot chocolate 2x oat biscuits
D-weight watchers stew and dumplings water to drink
Snacks-1x peach 1x slim fast
well today was the day ! went back to Homerton to see the pre assessment team had bloods ,MRSA ,ECG and weight and height taken then on to group chats with the dietician then the nurse and finally the physio there was me and about 5 other people (and partners) attending went in knowing more than I thought and deffo more than some of them in the room at one point I was answering a question!
for some reason I thought I had to start my LSD the next day (16th ....my birthday by the way boo!) was ive been gearing myself up to start only to be told I start on the 21 August ! so I could have a blow out and have my chicken curry but instead ive decided to for 1 week only do the slim fast plan for 6 days just to give myself a kick start then on the 21st start the 1000 cal diet for the next 4 weeks glad I have the option of this plan as I cant think of doing the slim fast/milk diet for 4 weeks! I think a week of slim fast (remember its a bonus week as well) is plenty for me but I have to say im liking the mocha and the latte shakes very much
any way im off my face is aching from smiling so much....im so excited im just wishing the days away
 
did think of adding a banana to it making it a littler thicker but only on this bonus week
