After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

Day 51
B- tea and toast with marmite
l- 2x poached eggs 2xgrilled bacon 1x bread with butter coffee milk 1x sugar
D- 4x mini meatballs in spicy sauce plain white rice water to drink
Snack- 1X mini serving of ice cream 3 x plums
Forgot to add the side order of mix veg with my dinner.
Overall good day

D-3x cheese on toast coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
Snack- 2 plums 1 peach 1x pear
very later dinner couldn't be bothered to cook so had yet more bread
bread has been on my menu a lot will reduce this over the next few days
fruit intake better

I may hVe to start doing this to keep in control of my eating as I find out my weight loss target today
 
its easier than the food logging on fitbit too everything is listed even stuff i buy in lidls :) have been using it a couple of days now, now just to sync the 2 together lol
 
i keep forgetting myfitnesspal mind as im on pre op its always the same
 
I've managed to link my pacer app into it now too so it automatically takes off what I've exercised cals wise off my net intake x

Snack- 1x monster munch crisps peaches plums
you could see this as a very very late log in or an early one!
I was just beyond tired yesterday to log in so im here now
I feel a tad odd if I don't log in ,I think if I don't I will slide into bad habits so must keep on it

l-crackers cheese water to drink
d-chicken and dumplings with carrots peas and gravy with a half portion of plain white rice water to drink.
Snack- 1bag of plain crisps plums peaches 1 x pack (of 3) sesame snaps
Day off so later start nearly gave in to a malted biscuit if I had just one I Know I would have Deffo on go to eat the full packet!
I also drink soo much water I feel.at times like I'm drinking the Thames dry,but when I think.of how much diet Pepsi I use to drink I kind of feel proud of myself!
P.s I have noticed how much bread I've been eating I will need to keep an eye on that

Los your doin great hunni and to swap the diet Pepsi for water is a massive thing cos it's addictive but all that water must be doin you some good! X x

i was a diet coke addict until it eventually took its toll stomach cramps etc soon made me quit

b- 2x slices of hardough bread(a west indian white slighty sweet bread)coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- 2x jerk chicken drumsticks with plain rice roasted med veggies homemade coleslaw 1x glass of shloer to drink water after1x small slice of apple strudel and 2x spoons of custard
D-no dinner as such due to late lunch but water to drink and a peach
Snack- 1x plain crisps 1x chicken drumstick water
wanted to eat more but didn't really need it
glad I was strong enough to back away from the chicken
you all I guess know what its like when it comes to drumsticks....you eat one....then another....then another and before you know it you have a chicken bone yard on your plate!
family day had sisters round hence soo much chicken !!
