b-2x toasted tea cakes with coffee milk 1x spoon half sugar
L-slices of turkey ham fruit water to drink
D-4x chicken drumsticks 4x egg size roast spuds water to drink
Snack-peaches plums water coffee
late breakfast (last day off back to the grindstone in the morning)
you all made me laugh re drumsticks v breast/wings debate!! don't know what made me buy them I normally do get breasts
off to bed now long may the debate continue !!

b-natural yogurt with chopped peaches strawberries with a drizzle of honey water to drink
L-ham and cheese toastie lime and soda to drink
D-1x stuffed mushroom 1x stuffed pepper water to drink
snack-1x ripple chocolate bar peaches plums 2x snack a jack rice cake things! 1/2 bag of dry roasted peanuts
was in danger of really over eating today breakfast was lovely but clearly not enough because as soon as I got into work all I could think about was food!
once I got home dinner and sorted but then the food monster kicked in and the multi snacking started
will need to eat a little more in the mornings maybe?
must buy some porridge that normally works
off to bed .....to dream of food I guess

Can I ask how much you have lost in 55 days
 
keep it going los and yes try the porridge you need to fill that gap to stop the over snacking

b-cornflakes with milk water to drink
L- 2x grilled bacon 1x poached egg beans coffee milk sugar
d-2x tinned sardines in spicy sauce with toast coffee
Snack- peaches 1x chocolate ripple water
didn't feel to bad re feeling not full today to the point where I had a very late evening meal and picked the sardines on toast
re losing weight while doing this log
to be honest for me its more about keeping a check on myself than to lose weight also to stay in roughly the same weight bracket give or take a few pounds so the honest truth is ive already lost around 3 stone and its staying off!
I would LOVE to say look here im losing but just standing still is good for me even when I have had the food monster rear its hungry head!

snack- 1x plain crisps 1x peach coffee
porridge rules! really did the trick for me no hunger pangs or food monsters !
I am trying to make better food choices and it at times seems easy and I try to be mindful,i keep saying to myself do I want this/do I need this and so far so good its working for me

maybe try portion control now did you really need 2 porridge for breakfast when maybe one would suffice and so on but your still doing great keep it going
 
I think portion control depends on what your body is used to OR what your weight is. Obv two packs of porridge is more than recommended but if it stops you eating other items with more calories then it's better you eat two porridge than one. If I eat two porridge a I'd probs not need my mid morning snack, but eating large amounts stretches your stomach...... Ahhhh decisions, your doing well keep it up!
 
just a quickie
i had 2 x porridge more out of habit more than anything else but I will say having 2 did keep me full till lunchtime and then I had a cup a soup that has lasted till I came home and had 1x crisps and 2 peaches so its working for me

D-4x small meatballs in spicy tomato juice with sliced spuds and 2x mini sweetcorn on the cobb water to rink
Snack-plums 1x chocolate muffin coffee
good day porridge working its magic again so had a late lunch but was so filling I only had a small dinner
enjoyed my Friday night muffin .....but did I truly need it ...na na I did not need it
another lesson ,stop dumping old habits for new ones !
