After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

re op-have no idea when just not soon enough for me im more than ready for the start to my new life!
I have a follow up appointment at the homerton in early may fingers crossed it will get going from then.this partly why im doing a food log its so easy to forget what you put in your mouth and I made a promise to myself to be truthful with it even thou at times I do feel a pang of guilt when I do slip up but don't we all?! seeing what I eat written down is a great help for me as there is no getting away from it like my motto says "what you eat in private you wear in public "

We're you set a weight loss target? I've got an appointment in June with surgeon then hopefully go from there
 
Day 61
B-2x corn beef rolls coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L-fruit water to drink
D- pasta with spaghetti bolgense sauce sprinkle of grated cheese water to drink
Snacks- 1x sesame snaps plums bananas bit of custard water
Ok day forgot to weight myself so will try in the morning feeling Ok in myself late breakfast that's why no real. Lunch to talk off

b-2x grilled bacon and egg cupcakes coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L-none due to late breakfast just fruit and water
D-3x slices of turkey with cabbage carrots and 4x egg size roasties gravy water to drink
Snack-1x plain crisps 1x sesame snaps peaches plums water to drink coffee 1x tea(!)
a goodish day for me when I saw my dinner on the plate I was kind of shock on how much I had put on it but slowly ate chewed well(I see some of you guys talk about chewing well post op so I thought I would try this out)and only got thru 2/3 of it
happy with the veg intake thinking of maybe going veggie maybe 1x a week ?maybe veggie and fruity day 1x a week?
is this a good idea

someone I forget who asked if I had been given a target weight lose
no I haven't I guess I will get one nearer to when I get a date for my op right now its just all about not letting any or not to much weight creep back on hence the logs right now im happy just doing that but will really have to cut out all the things I do now when that time comes cant keep running to only be standing still
 
doing well though i would still try to change portion size i see you did comment on how much there was maybe thats a clue in itself just do what feels right for you thats all you can do

Better day I pride myself in been honest when writing my nighty logs in even down to portion sizes getting bigger I just didn't really notice my going from a side plate and back to a large one
Plan to go out and get a set of smaller plates to bring this to an end

Too tired to say much
Ok day glad I only had 3 slices of,pizza leaving the 4th alice on the plate
 
starting to look good again when your leaving some keep the good work up
 
Hey Hun that's what happened to me on Sunday, I switched back to big plate, so making sure I have my small plate again. Not that I'm eating much but when I do again I will.
 
looking back on yesterdays entry ,it does feel good to leave food behind.....and not go back for it later like I use to do ....you know what its like "lets not waste good food" and hearing my mum say "clear your plate " !
will be over the weekend buying smaller plates ,as if I keep the big ones (also platter size they are massive!)old habits will come back without me realising and off the wagon I will fall again

Ok day must keep an eye on the sweet treats I'm having but been fair to myself I could eat much more sweet stuff than this back in the old days!

update!!!
just weighted myself im im very pleased to say I now weight..........145.8 kilos(22.96stone!)
the lowest ive been THIS YEAR!!
I am a happy bunny
