Well just had my tripple appointment, all went ok and they are happy with me to have surgery, was told they will send me the appointment with the consultant and anaesthatist, lets hope its not to long a wait.

5% usually? At your dieticians appointment they should give you all the info but you have to make them aware you want surgery x

Hi I made it very clear when I applied for the Tier 3 with MoreLife that I want WLS. I was given a calorie goal to aim for but not told any weight % to loose. I should be on target for loosing a minimum of 5% by the end of the Tier 3. Fingers crossed.

Yeah yvessa is right that was my goal which turned into 10% (through problems both sides) your target will be for you personally but they aren't unreasonable I'd doubt they would ask you to lose like 3/4 stone? But that's my opinion someone on here may of had to? Think it depends on your starting weight, height, bmi and health. Me no health complications, 5ft4 my bmi was 53 and I was just over 300lbs xx

What else do you think they might want me to do?

I was different - I did mine prior to the introduction of all these tiers so I did everything weigh Luton.

Hi Bedford 2015, i will be having my surgery at the L&D within the next couple of months, just had my tripple Appointment which went ok, awaiting letter for my consultant and anaesthatist appointment, the nurse said it would be within the next couple of weeks.

Hi all, after reading all your comments I am confused how everyone's journey at L&d is so different. I also started this journey in Nov 13 and I also keep getting pushed back. I have already done the milk diet but have to do it again before operation. did everyone have this lung test done as I have not been asked to do it or an ecg? Xx

I don't think everyone has the lung capacity it's just me ha ha! Everyone does the milk diet twice, like you I joined dec 2013 and have been pushed back twice due to my weight going up and down etc. I'm now seeing my surgeon the 19th February and will be booked in then xx

Yes I rang L&D yes not everyone has to have a lung test. so if things go to plan you will be one week ahead of me . When you see the surgeon/Ant do they do ecg the same time? X
