I know, if there really bad just wear them in the evening and at night, mine do the same, cant wait to take them off

I got some waterproof dressings so have had regular showers, i forgot to ask the doctors so just use waterproof dressings.
 
Hi all. I also don't smoke. My bro was supposed to come over Easter Sunday for a roast but i cancelled it due to being in milk diet and starving. How can I cook a dinner for everyone when I am just spdrinking milk. He told me I was selfish.
 
lol yeah they want it they should cook. I just bought the family microwave meals. I am sure they can manage that!! God slim fast expensive 1.55 did anyone buy it in bulk with different flavours? Batchelors have a new condensed soup in tesco only 65p instead of a £1 for Campbell's x
 
Asda are doing bachelors condensed low fat soups in chicken, mushroom and tomato for 50p at the min!! I stocked up ha ha ha! So I'm back on my milk diet again!! But this time I'm struggling badly!!! I feel sick 24/7 I'm constantly on the loo with bad belly sorry TMI lol and I'm drinking milk to stop me feeling hungry sick but then gagging!! Last time was a breeze I been on off milk diet since January now and think my bodies not happy lol.
Had quite a lot of exciting stuff going on recently hence why I haven't been on but then my fibro is playing me up massively I was crippled two days last week :-(. I also found out my grandad may have cancer so very sad time he's must last living grandparent. Life's very up and down at the minute x
On Tuesday night my daughter had me baking chocolate Easter cakes for her school charity cake sale!! Grrrrrr!!! Then today my kids had me making chocolate bird nest cakes and Spider-Man cupcakes!! That's willpower ha ha ha.
Can see everyone's on the final stretch now and doing well. Xxx

Mum said 'build up' or 'complan' are same as slimfast but work out cheaper.... normally able to get from chemists...

You'd have thought he would understand how hard it is for you at the moment... and offer to cook instead... or come see you after dinner

Hi sue another random question on the list of foods I have it says sugar free custard I have only been able to find in sainsburys no added sugar instant custard with sweetener, do you think this will be ok or is there anyone in here that has had this? I do not want to get dumping. Thanks guys xx
 
Well folks , not long now until I try to get the Op after one failed attempt because they didnt have a high dependency bed for me for after the operation , This Friday is round 2 and theyve promised me they will do it , Iv been on liquid diet for 5 weeks now and iv lost good amount of weight . Just hope they get it done as I want to get going and start a very new chapter of my life , after 20 years of **** I deserve and need a break and this is it , this week I found an old rock t.shirt I havent been able to get into for many years , my goal is to wear it out this time next year ,..........and I will x
 
That's a great idea wearing something that you once loved. My milk diet is going well-half way through. I Was trying to down load a good app for recording measurements of body and they all seem so complicated any ideas?. Sent my list of medication to Dr to today to ask if I can get all on prescription with the pre paid card. By the way nurse at hospital said those cheap vitamins in Aldi, tesco are no good. New guidelines have come through!!. Did we found out when visiting time were, does it depend on what ward?
 
Hi Sue, how you getting on? I was wondering whether you have had any smoothies at all? It says it on our list but I'm a bit scared to try it because it's so naturally sweet. Also when are you going to go onto the next phase? Xx
 
Hi Toni, am doing well, not tried smoothies but there is no reason why we cant have them, its natural sugers which are ok, am going onto phase 3 on Saturday but going to take it slowly starting with just one meal and building up. Hope your doing well :)
 
Hey yeah I'm doing ok still struggling with the water intake but trying to drink more. I had some of the smoothie last night and it went down ok just couldn't drink a lot of it. I'm going to start the next phase Saturday aswell I can't wait to have a weetabix haha xx
