Erm- right. No used to swim nationally as a kid and then got into road running, this time round I've not done much training at all but my plan is at goal to get into burn and tone and body pump 2-3x per week. Tone everything up. My stomach is very loose. I've popped a few pictures on. Think it helps to see the realities of large weight loss, childbirth etc... I think it's really important to be realistic- I'm Never going to look like Cameron Diaz. I'm not planning on more surgery ( maybe my boobs as they as saggy puppy dog ears.
Thanks guys I won't be leaving the site at all... I think this is part of the therapy to never getting back to that bad place again. To pay it forward.
That's what I want to do for all you guys. I've got to maintain this loss and I have no reason to put it on and this site will help ... So I'll always be here to help, moan, photo, advise, and just chat and be there for anyone .... ;-)
