Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

I have had my 3rd fill...so on liquids:

Breakfast- Coffee and Chocolate Slimfast
Lunch- Homemade soup (carrot, courgette, ham, potato, onion) Blended
Snack- Slimfast
Dinner- Soup, as above. Sugarfree Ice pop
Snack- Hot chocolate 'Options' 40kcals

35mins on the Wii Fit and power walked into town and back...I ache!
 


Atrocious diet today, extremely hung-over, no children so my diet is completely up the left will definately be back to normal tomorrow!!

Breakfast: Didn't have any cos I didn't get up til after 12 :eek:

Defrosted chilli I had in the freezer so i wouldn't have to cook today and garlic spuds were from yesterday :)

Lunch 12.30pm: 1 tbsp garlic potato and ladel of chilli

2 1/2 hrs later.... the same again.......I was soooo hungry

3 hrs later...... a slice of homemade lemon meringue

Will have something shortly can feel myself gettin hungry again :eek: where the hell has my restriction gone???
 
b. 2 coffees

l. sunday lunch... half a chicken breast, mash, turnip, cauli, brockli, carrots peas gravy small y,pud. ate half.

d. small slice of ham and mushroom quiche, squirt of bbq sauce.

snack hand full of cashew nutts.

liquids as usual.

:D hi kate good night was it lol :rolleyes: strangley when im severley hungover i also get more hungry and can eat more, dont ask me why this happens as i dont know the answer to that 1 lol :D

remember to try drink more when hungover as the body will be de hydrated xxxx

Hi Liz, yes had an absolutely brilliant night, my legs are killing me from all the dancing :) I said to Phil earlier I had wondered where my restriction was as I could eat everything in sight so im glad im not the only one who feels like that when hungover, thank God this isn't something I do every weekend, it was good craic but the hangover is awful, back to normality tomorrow!!
 
Good thing I find after a night out is I loose 2lb overnight. (back by the next day but feel good at the time)

B - 2 spoons of cherios with semi milk (Ruby hi-kacked the rest

L - 1 rivita dry

D - Chicken salad with Humous, light coleslaw, slither of stilton cheese, slice of billy bear (daughter didn't want it). spoon of pickle

snacks - Rivita crunch, handful of choc buttons, WW yoghurt

Liquids, Water, tea

Feel really hungry today.

I think I need to think aobut another fill. I have 8.3ml in 10ml band but can still manage big portions. Only differnece is I have to make sure I chew chew chew
 
I wonder if we lose some restriction when hungover due to dehydration?
Often banders feel more restriction when it is TOM...when retaining water?

Its deffo the dehydration that makes you appear to have lost weight the morning after :D

What you had for brekkie and lunch were definately not big portions, were you maybe grazing a bit on the snacks because you hadnt had much?

Just a thought ;)
 
Sunday 6th Sept

b/f - half slice toast with homemade plum & rosewater jam.

lunch - a few prawns, a few mature cheddar crisps & fruit, nut yoghurt cereal bar (picnic in the car)

dinner - small salmon fillet & garlic mushrooms.


I did a really long walk (long for me :rolleyes:) today with OH... we walked from Redcar to Saltburn along the beach & back again (just short of 8 miles according to google) boy do my legs feel it but it's helped me shift 2lb, so very happy :D

almost forgot to add the lemon top icecream walking back!
 
On liquids post fill so boooorrrriiing!

Breakfast: Strawberry slimfast

Lunch: vegetable soup

Dinner: Slim fast again

snack - ww yoghurt

Loads of water and cups of tea with skimmed - feeling very hungry but the yoghurt really filled me up!

Evening: Muller light yogurt

I have power walked 5miles today and about to leap onto the Wii Fit.
 
Restriction is back.......thank God!!

Breakfast: 1 x nimble wholemeal toasted with poached egg & brown sauce

Lunch: 2 x ryvita with phili garlic & herb light

Dinner: 6 tbsp of mince in Burito spice mix and 2 taco shells with 2 tbsp of mayo light, it was nice but I probably wont buy it again

OMG i've just realised I have hardly drank anything today, not even a full glass of juice :eek: im gonna have to try harder at this drinking lark!!
 
B - 2 shredded wheat and semi milk

L - 4 pieces of sushi

D - WW Ocean pie (not a good band food it seems as not dense). WW yoghurt

Snack - Babybell light

Liquids - 1 cup of tea and 2 x glasses NAS dilute

Exercise - 5k run
 
b. coffee then cornflakes.

l. chicken pie mash peas.

d. 1 oven baked cheese patty tinned toms ate half.

snacks 1 bag of tayto onion rings, hanfull of cashew nuts. (nawty snacking !)

liquids as usual

 
Tuesday 8th September 2009

Breakfast: 1 x nimble wholemeal toasted with poached egg & brown sauce

Lunch: 2 small slices of ham, 2 baby beetroot and heaped tbsp of potato salad

Dinner: Chicken, babycorn, onions & noodles in oyster & sweet chilli sauce (still quite dry) :drool: this was delicious!!

Again hardly anything to drink :eek:, 1/2 cup of options hot chocolate and maybe a glass of NAS dilute, will try and drink a pint later on

How is that a crap days eating........well breakfast was as you didn't have any :copon: lol your lunch wasn't unhealthy and neither was dinner so where was the problem???

it was all unhealthy kate (stodgy crap) they were not good food choices for me, i need to sort myself out as my food choices are becoming a little lets say lapse again. :eek:
 
b - 2 shredded wheat

l - 1/2 salmon sandwich (on brown), 3 x mini sausage roll things 2 x tiny mini quiche things. Meringue with cream in the middle. (At a funeral and this was off the buffet)

d - Healthy Options (from Asa) Chicken Curry

Liquids = coffee 1/2 cider (at funeral) and nothing else yet. (slap my wrists) Only just had dinner so will get a drink later.
