Breakfast: 2 x nimble wholemeal toasted with 1 slice of bacon & red sauce
Lunch: small bowl of chilli
Snack: 1 slice of ham with beetroot (was hungry after out walking)
Dinner: Chicken stir-fry with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, onions and noodles in oyster & sweet chilli sauce with 2 tbsp of basmati rice (all on a side plate)
Drank loads today, went for 2 walks so was very thirsty
d. egg salad ( 1 hard boiled egg, shredded lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, sliced cucumber, 1 slice of beetroot, dollop of coleslaw, dollop of garlic mayo.)
