Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

Breakfast: Nothing got up late

Dinner: Tortilla Pizza (feta, chedder, peperoni, spring onion) small mixed salad no dressing

Tea: Homemade mexican turkey meatballs with sweet chilli dip thing.
 
Wednesday 9th September 2009

Breakfast: 1 x nimble wholemeal toasted with jam, 2 x ryvita with phili garlic & herb, had no eggs :(

11.30am....1hr workout at the gym, was wrecked!!

Lunch: 2 slices of ham, lettuce, baby beetroot, potato salad & salad cream light

Dinner: 6 homemade wedges, 2 tbsp basmati rice and 1 ladle of homemade chilli con carne :drool: nicest chilli i've ever made

NAS dilute throughout the day
 
b/f (11.30am) - shape yoghurt with linseeds

lunch - didn't have any as such, was out shopping so had a small milkshake.

dinner (6.30pm) - homemade sweet potato & spinach thai red curry (only 1 small spoonful...not tolerating spicy food so had to leave it:cry:)

B - 1 shredded Wheat

L - 2 Rivita with 1 spoon of low fat coleslaw 1 babybell light

D - Mackerel 3 small new potatoes steam veg

liquids - 2 tea - NAS dilite and 250ml water whilst power walking
 
Mushies yesterday!

B: greek youghurt and a few slices of strawberry

L: Soup from work, curried vegetables - mashed the veg up

T: quorn chilli, blitzed up a bit

Even though the mushies are slider foods, could not eat as much as before 2nd fill.

lots of water and tea with skimmed
 
b. coffee

l. bowl of spag bol sprinkle of grated cheese (no pasta)

d. ham & hard bolied egg salad with coleslaw and a slice of beetroot.

snacks.. a handfull of cashew nuts, a shortbread biscuit at mother in laws with my cuppa.

liquids as usual.
 
Thursday 10th September 2009

Breakfast: 2 x nimble wholemeal toasted with 1 slice of bacon & red sauce

Lunch: small bowl of chilli

Snack: 1 slice of ham with beetroot (was hungry after out walking)

Dinner: Chicken stir-fry with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, onions and noodles in oyster & sweet chilli sauce with 2 tbsp of basmati rice (all on a side plate)

Drank loads today, went for 2 walks so was very thirsty :)
 
Bad day for me yesterday - Had fill as well

Lunch - 2 x rivta with cream cheese

D - 3 mouthfuls of tom soup

Liquids - 2 x coffee, 3 x Vodka, lime and slimline tonic

0.5 so I now have 8.8 mils in a 10ml band

I was starting to get restriction but my portion sizes were still bigger than they should be.

Was told that 8.5 is average for good restriction so we shall see!!
 
Thanks Sue, I only have 4.25 in my 9ml band - I feel so hungry all the time since this last fill - I could eat my desk today!
 
Sounds like it is time for a fill then hun!!

I started with 6ml so if you are anything like me no wonder you are hungrey as I did have ANY restriction until I have 8.3ml

b/f - 2 Finn crackers (rye crackers from Tesco) scrape of jam on those

lunch - half tin tuna with low fat vinaigrette, a few slices cucumber & 2 Finn crackers

dinner - was out with friends so has sausage & mash, only ate 1 sausage & half the mash.

lunch - tin of tuna, few slices of cucumber, small piece of cheese with a little light vinaigrette

mid afternoon - 2 Finn crackers with a little jam

dinner - homemade beef in red wine sauce, turnip & few green beans.

On liquids after fill so no real set meal times.

2 x cup a soup

1 x strawberry yoghurt

1 x fruit and yoghurt smoothie made with fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and grapes. Mmmmmm

3 x coffee

:D day 5 still not had a fagg yay ! ;)
 
Liz what do you put in your spag bol? im not the best cook lol but ur no pasta bolognaise sounds gud x
