Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

I can't rep you at the minute my lovely (apparently I'm not spreading the love enough...can never seem to rep who I want, when I want....never mind), I just wanted to say how lovely it is to see to see my favourite & very experienced bander back in full swing on the forum, offering up such great advice & support for others banders. xxxx

Breakfast:
Coffee
Cereal with yoghurt

Snack:
A couple of spoonfuls of cous cous and tuna

Lunch:
Jacket potato with cheese

Dinner:
Chicken fajhitas with dips

Drinks:
3 coffees
1 gls water
2 gls nas cordial
Options hot choc

Exercise:
25 mins Max and Paddy workout

Today's intake (day 5 of liquids - another 10 to go)

Actimel
Protein shake - 25g of whey protein and 250 ml skimmed milk blended - lovely - banana flavour
3 cups of coffee throughout the day
water only about 50 cl - not enough
small tin of oxtail soup (luke warm by the time I got to have it - flask is just not working:sigh:)

Will try and have some chicken soup before I go to bed

Exercise - running around the office like a headless chicken all day:D. Fast walks to and from the tram station to the office. Still suffering fluid retention so ankles and legs still swollen but seem to be getting better.

Food today

bacon (no fat) and dutch crispbake
yogurt
soup
two thirds of fish pie (tesco)
baked crisps

Water over a litre but not enough - trying to drink a little more now.
 
Today I've had bitesized Shredded wheat and banana for breakfast
39 mile bike ride
For Goodness Shake
Soak in bath
Chicken and bacon and pasta 405kcal
Yoghurt mid afternoon
Finished the day with Findus Fresher Taste Chicken breast in vintage cheddar sauce with Broccoli, peans and green beans. 318kcals I ate as much veg as I could but I'm not a big lover. Protein bar for desert.
Supper, pineapple in custard tub 105kcal
