Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

The ones I use some are high in carbs too unfortunately but I do alot of exercise now so doesn't really affect me. I use the CNP Flapjack bars have 24g of protein but 46g carbs but the Lonsdale ones are better, 30.1g protein against 12.7g carbs for a 70g bar. There just used to be Orange and Mint but now they have Strawberry and cream and Chocolate fudge and can get them from Sports Direct. So readily available.

Morning all

Breakfast:
Coffee, lemsip
Fruit n fibre, yoghurt

1 pint nas cordial
Coffee

Walked dog, lots of housework!!!

Lunch:
Salmon and roast veg, delish and only managed a small amount before recognizing that I was full, result!!

lunch -

fluid .. managed a pint of s/f orange squash and 2 cuppas
 
Breakfast: granola bar

Lunch: beetroot, spoon of cous cous, grated cucumber, carrot and onion. Hummous and the good old sweet chilli sauce - mmmmm

Snack: activia vanilla yoghurt and might squeeze in a banana.

Off to the dentist later this afternoon, just for a check up so hopefully just a clean - no drilling, please :eek:
 
Breakfast was 2 poached eggs on farmhouse brown bread.

For Goodness Shake recovery drink
Soak in the bath
Lunch Chicken and Bacon pasta 420kcals
CNP Professional High Protein oat bar 287kcals 18.8g protein

I am aiming to do at least 50km (31.06 miles) every day Mon-Friday on the bike this week.

I am going to be out in the garden tomorrow digging a wilderness of veg patch which I love doing!
Hope it stays nice...and I think sticking with liquids till the weekend as well because throwing up too much is not good for the band :(

Breakfast - 25 gms Special K with red berries. 50gms s/s milk.

snack - sm pkt of raisins

lunch - 3 water biscuits with philly light

snack - 2 mandarins

tea - will be rest of chicken casserole (in a small cereal bowl) with broccolli.

liquids - 2 cups of tea, mug of coffee, 1 litre of nas juice so far.

Cheers Kat xx I had painkillers on Sunday that seemed to lodge a bit and I think they caused a bit of irritation as I have found it hard to eat since and yesterday (bit uptight as well) I just threw lunch and tea back up again.
Porridge was OK this morning then lunch came back up after a few bites.
Should be ok if I slimfast for a couple meals x

Thought they were supposed to get rid of pain - not be the cause of it!

Roll on tomorrow when I get the results of me mri scan on me hip ...hopefully the rheumatologists can start too give me treatment for my legs anyway and I get can get the exercise aspects moving ( was told not too do any whilst awaiting results on hip as I may cause more damage)
 
Feel awful today! Massive headache massive stress

2 Cup's of Coffee
2 Pint's of NAS Orange

FOOD (Mushys)
Breakfast - 200 Grams of Mango yogurt (no bits)
Lunch - One Ladle of shepherds Pie mixed with Gravy to make it mushy
Dinner - 200 Grams on Passion fruit yogurts ( No bits)
