Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

Thanks Kat. He probably will not go. He loves his mom but she is 83 and...rather set in her ways. The last time he went to stay with her which was not long ago - after she got pneumonia and was hospitalised he came back and had a relapse from the stress of looking after her and has not been well since.

After I have calmed down I will talk to him. I know it was my fault for misunderstanding the timings and not keeping an eye on it. It was the shock of coming into the living room which was dense with choking smoke and him being oblivious to it. Just made me realise that his deterioration is worse than I thought - and it has frightened me.

We will sort it. Thanks for your good wishes.

Aw bless TB!!! What a palarva xxx I hope you're OK . Just edited my message because I saw you posted again.
I am sending hug vibes xxxx

Thanks Neen. I am just tired and it was the last straw. I need to take stock on what I am doing because I can feel myself going rapidly downhill. My band is really hurting right now and I know it is stress related as I managed about two tablespoons of the chilli and that was it.

It's your stomach tissue near the band swelling due to cortisol release with stress , I know I have been struggling to eat today myself and I am in knots about this and that.

When I have a crappy day I sometimes just have liquids for the next meal as I know I'll hurl otherwise
(from many bitter experiences!!)

Try and have a good nights sleep and see what tomorrow brings xxx
I'm glad you are motivated to sort work etc out this year. I think it will be a real changing point for you if you can see some of these things through. I know it's easier said than done but I hope it will be worth it x I'm sure it will be x

Hi all

Today:

Actimel
3 cups of coffee throughout the day
water - not enough
chicken soup

I am just cooking a small pork chop which I will mince, carrot and swede mashed and gravy to soften it all into a mush.

It occurred to me last night that last time I did this stage I tended to have thicker soups blended for the evenings. I seem to have gone straight to the softer food stage - subconsciously. Do you think this will be ok? I am worried now. I certainly feel a lot better - although there is less restriction than I felt for the 2 weeks after my fill. The thought of just going back to thicker soups blended for the next week and a half will send me over the edge:(.
