Another week and it's getting all springlike! Let's crack on and get some weight off before Summer starts x

My menu for today......

BF = 30G special k + 100ml s/s milk =161cals
2 eggs scrambled = 253 cals

1L of water.

40 min walk in lunch hour :)

Lunch =3 ryvita + 30g philly light + 100g sliced pork + activia snackpot = 383 cals

Highlights = 40cals
1L of water

Dinner =ww beef hotpot + 2 ryvita =279 cals
snack = activia snackpot = 99cals

Total=1215 cals:)
hope i manage to eat whats planned hoping the slight increase in calories will kick start my weight loss:( if i do this is low fat low carbs and high protein 71 grams according to my fitness pal....
 
No! - we can`t lose our thread, its too important to everyone!

Arrived home a little while ago, and am waiting for my food shopping to arrive....whoever invented home grocery shopping what a godsend! Last thing I want to do is trudge round the supermarket when I`ve been on my feet all day!

I might have a little nap after I`ve walked Oscar. But I will be back later to log my food.

Evening all. Intake for today:

Atimel
2 cups of coffee
1 weetabix, skimmed milk and sprinkle of splenda
oxtail soup
Water - not much
I will shortly be having the inside of a jacket pot with home made chilli

Exercise - well I was feeling tired but as I had worked at home today I thought I would try and do a little. I ordered zumba for the wii fit and it came today. It is hard and you need plenty of room to do the moves but it is great fun, the little bit I di. I then did the body training on the wii fit plus - my wii fit age is terrible. Then I did a bit of the kung fu and the boxing - so about 25 minutes in all. Feel better for it:D.

Monday

Breakfast - yogurt, 15g special K, 2 x satsumas

snack - small apple

Lunch - small tin of wild pink salmon (120cal) 20g protein.
with tsp lemon juice, spray of vinegar, 2 x tsp mayo light. 2 x ryvitas + 1 water biscuit.

snack - 1 x Alpen choc + orange snack bar

Tea - half a chicken breast, wrapped with bacon with goats cheese inside. Mixed vegetables.

snack - 1 x snack-a-jack

Well done TB! The wii is great fun, isn't it? Must get mine dusted off soon...

My food today:

Breakfast;
Shreddies and milk (?)

Lunch:
Ww tin tuna (73kcal)
Middle of a little jacket potato with margarine (200?)
Gummy sweets (80kcal)

Tea:
Ww fish pie (195kcal)

Still feel hungry though but not sure if it's head or tum hunger.

Don't worry Jo, not many cals in a small pack of maltesers xxxx

Toffee, how about adding a portion of veggies to your evening meal? I usually have ww meals and a nice big serving of cauli or cabbage or something .
Helps it go a lot further xx

Plus you have been starving for a week with not getting anything decent down til Saturday.
Have some low cal treats handy , maybe check out the "whats in your trolley" thread for ideas on good snack choices x

Good thinking about the veggies. Will add some to my next ready meal.

I've not come across the trolley thread yet. Maybe it'll give some good ideas on how to get more protein when I only eat fish, not meat?

Hiya, had a lovely day at work today, much nicer than yesterday.

Ex: running around at work and walked the dog

B: Coffee, oatso with a handful of blueberries

Coffee

L: Water, egg mayo, 3 melba toasts, blueberries, cashew nuts

Coffee, yoghurt

Are you having drinks with your food btw?

My consultant told me it was ok to drink up to eating, but I prefer to have a drink about 10 mins before eating so it doesn't wash my grub down. I wait 30 mins after food for a drink.

How're you, your band seems to be giving you a bit of gyp at the minute?
 
Afternoon :)

Breaky- special K and SS milk
Lunch - prawn pasta salad and a white roll
Tea- lasagne and garlic bread.

~sighs~ ... mindless eating ......a white roll, twix, pineapple,

fluid = 4 cups of tea
 
I try to list them as consumed, otherwise I'd forget. You'll notice that the most important intake of the day always comes first, coffee!! ;)

What's up with your mum, I hope things improve for her soon? When I was at work yesterday I had a couple of the kiddies take their frustrations out on me, it did make me think of you and I admire your ability cope when things get tough.

And they were playing Nirvana at work, so I was v v v v v v v v v v v v happy :)


Ooo Piratess, I'm jeal of your lasagne, one of my fav meals. I'm having chicken and prawn enchildas nom, nom xx
