Mel I'll join you on the June challenge, I need to increase my fitness and will do at least half an hours exercise a day!!
TB you are going great guns I can't wait to hear all about your cycling adventures. I have to say since I got on mine I've never looked back. I've done 7 miles today too and from work and can declare I stayed in the same gear all the way!! (I have gears onboth handles, left for hard gears and right for smaller gears) I stayed in the left hand top gear all the way, zipped up and down on the mini gears but it's the first time I've stayed in gear 3 since I began cycling again.

So today I've had
Brekkie
1/3 cup dry granola
Snack
banana
Lunch
5 seafood sticks in a salad with 2 tblspns light salad cream
one packet prawn cocktail snack a jacks
strawberry low fat yoghurt
Tea
2 tblspns baked beans
2x turkey steak covered in breadcrumbs pieces (cut off my daughters steaks, approx size of half a playing card each)
boiled potatoes, quite a few I was really hungry and there was some left over.

Still hungry now, just been and got the stuff for a fruit salad so going to go and make some up for tomorrows snack and have some now too.

Only had sf squash and tea today so much less milky drinks :)

Evening all

Actimel
1 black coffee with splenda sweeteners
3 rashers lean bacon and 2 poached eggs - I had this at about 3. pm as I woke late and was not that hungry
chicken, lambs neck and yellow yam broth/soup - cooked from fresh
About 50 cl of water with nas squash - better fluid intake - will have more later

I have found since I have been low carbing my appetite has really cut. I have little restriction and I have to wait until 13 June for my barium x ray to get to the bottom of that.

No exercise apart from a little cleaning

tranquil x

Evening all - did a half hour walk tonight at quite a good pace with a few hills thrown in (you can't avoid them where I live!), got a bit of a sweat on too (tmi?). Off to the gym tomorrow night to have my programme reassessed as I find it sooo boring there I've got to do something to keep me interested! Well done Rache on the cycling, you make me tired just reading about it. Hope you feel better soon TB, that shiny new bike of yours will be turning up v soon! To Cariad and Sarah and anyone else wanting to join us on the exercise promise for June, good luck xx
