bypass daily menu -

Do you wnat me to start the thread? I will say everyone is wellcome to come along but everyone has to say where they live bit like the weigh in site when we had a count down to say how much we wanted to lose?? If you've already sorted it i'm nit worried just feel awful leaving you all to get onwith it, xx

My menu today -

B - Boiled egg, rf bacon medallions, and mushrooms.
L - ww Tomato soup with a ryvita.
D - Grilled chicken, lf cottage cheese and salad.
S - Pineapple.

Ladies can I just ask is our meet for all our friends or just bypassers I have said anyone we talk with to Angie she had a D/S AND karen had a sleeve, I personally don't mind just want your thoughts on the matter?
 
I think it should be for everyone. We can all relate to each other. I'll have to wait to details are finalised as to whether I can go. Work, location and money will all play a factor but if I can manage it I will definitely be up for it xx

B 100 mls skim milk & kiwi fruit
L 200gm chicken breast - lemon herb spiced & 100gm cauliflower cheese
D 4 crackerbreads, 40gm L/F Philly & 80gms turkey sliced
S 60gms arctic roll

Protein 61 - Cals 710 - Carbs 60 gms - Fat 14
Drinks 2 litres NAS - 2 cups green tea - 50ml prune juice - cup black coffee - cup bovril

Have upped my carbs slightly to give me some energy for exercise.. will have to wait and see if is going to stop me losing anything this week..

Have a nice evening all I'm off to bed to my heated duvet and my cup of bovril xxxx

Drinks - 1.5 litres NAS - cup black coffee - litre Water - 50mI prune juice - cup green tea
Really Want to try and get to 13 stones by the 15th Feb, as that's when I'm going to visit my family, and they haven't seen me since I had the surgery, just would like to look my best for that, but it's probably an unrealistic mini goal in truth.)
