Hey everyone have a fab weekend all.....lovely plans with my Mr this weekend and four weeks until my jolly holiday!

B- fat free toffee yoghurt, sprinkle cereal
L- ww tuna, cuecumber, breadsticks
D-small piece rare rump steaks, steam baby corn, half a tiny baked potato
Snack - sm box raisins, cereal bites (22 cal each), sm piece chocolate

Approx 700 cals today

i HAVE HAD AN AMAZING DAY AT THE WEDDING WE REALLY ENJOYED IT THERE WERE 15 OF US AND IT WAS GREAT THE SUN SHONE AND IT WAS BLUE SKY AND A GOOD TIME HAD BY ALL XX
 
Another 2 1/2 lbs off this week. Down to 15 stones eek

Yesterdays menu-
B- coconut yoghurt, sprinkled with nuts n seed jodrans museli
L- four fridge raiders, two melba with lf pate, fage yoghurt
D- mussels,half an onion ring, two paprika potato wedges, king prawns (tapas out with the Mr)

Todays menu
B- white choc n coconut yoghurt, 2 strawberries, 8 blueberries, 3 kiwi berries
L- salmon, steamed kale
D- edamame bean stirfry with sachet oyster sauce

L - Chicken, tsp of mash, swede, carrot, french beans. 2 spears of broccoli baby corn and asparagus, gravy.
T - Chicken & mixed green salad with peppers and onions.
S - 6 grapes.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, flavoured water and NAS squash.

Yeah i have spoken to Pen as they are nearer to each other and keep in touch via phone. Pen guna ring her today n let us know she is ok. She will probably been at work yesterday. I do hope she is in a good place at the moment has had a rough ride of late. xx
 
Hi everyone..
Sorry I haven't posted lately, but have had a bit of a rough time what with medication not working and stuff.. But am back on track hopefully and a 2lb loss to report for last week, which is amazing as I have upped my calories to just over 1000 as the dietician told me to, so didn't really expect to lose anything at all.. Have been reading back through the thread trying to catch up, and have to say the wedding photos are lovely chrisa!! your daughter makes a beautiful bride, and you! well what can I say!! You look absolutely lovely... You must be so proud of yourself...

I have really let some naughty foods slip into my diet over the last couple of weeks, but obviously not enough to stop the weight loss, but enough to worry me a little, so this week back to extreme healthy eating lol!!
Here is yesterdays menu: will post todays later on....

B 100mls skim milk & 30gms readybrek
L 2 mini roast pots, 100gm lamb steak, gravy, broccoli
D hard boiled egg, wholemeal roll, 15gm light salad cream
S Melon & Grape Medley
S 100gm Arctic Roll

Protein 63gms - Cals 960 - Carbs 85gms - Fat 27gms
Drinks - 1.5 litres NAS - 1 litre water - 50gms prune juice - 2 cups green tea

A 2.5lb loss for me this week. Another lb and I'll be in the 15's, which is the goal I set myself for march. I'll post my menu later :)
 
Had a really stresfull day in work today, but i've managed to keep a cool head and stay on track. Here's my menu for today.

B - Petit Filous & 6 grapes.
L - Chicken dinner leftover from yesterday.
T - 1 small chicken fajita, with tsp of salsa, soured cream and 25g of cracker barrel cheese.
S - Slice of ham.

Drinks - 4 x mugs of tea, 500ml of flavoured water, NAS squash.
