Hows your fisrst day gone back at work? xxx
 
Catered my sisters party yesterday, food went down well did one tray of Brown food to appease the masses ( u know the stuff, tempura prawns, inion rings, pork pies, sausage rolls) but everything else v healthy and enjoyed by all!
 
Were you not tempted by the 'brown stuff'?
 
Not at all I did have a teaspoon of birthday cake made by her mother in law ( choc ganache cake) but I had a nibble of the healthy things is laid on :)
 
well done but it all sounds lovely. i thought you could't eat cake or high sugar things after bypass xxx
 
I still have the odd thing that is sugary but in a very small portion and i mean small, I do usually get a hot flush as the sugar hits the system though but thats where it stops no diahorrhea so i know i have had enough without being silly and going over the top. x
 
I think that the majority could tolerate just a teasp
oon of something sweet at the same stage I am but I think the majority would struggle to keep it at one teaspoon! I don't feel the need to dive head first into a cake now my desire to keep the weight coming off is stronger - I'm just over seven stone down in six months :)

Breakfast - ryvita minis
Lunch - small piece quiche
Dinner - shredded slow cooked lamb (lean neck fillet) with rocket, mint and pomegranate salad


Hours zumba class - tv crews at the gym every girls worst nightmare after dancing like a loon for an hour. Marvellous
 
When's the tv debut then?
 
Oh god don't lol, I'm hoping the newsreader was just going through her lines and not actually filming as we walked (read here cowered) by!!!

Lunch - half a small ww crustless cheese n broccoli quiche, tomato n basil salad
Dinner - chosen by you Asda lower fat chicken tikka (all chicken half the rice some of the sauce) approx 350 kcal

An hours zumba class


Went shopping bought a pretty size 16 teadress dress in the sale for £9 I've gone from a size 28 to a 16 in six months :)

Breakfast - ten grapes
Lunch - 2 small lamb meatballs, baked, fage n fresh grated garlic, peeled cuecumber
Dinner - sliced chicken breast, three olives, one mizarella ball, two pieces sundried tomato

Snack - ten 5 p sized meringues throughout the day (26kcal)

Spinning class at eight pm :) - omg just got in from this didn't really know how much I had missed doing this class until I went back - amazeballs :)

Breakfast - Branflakes with skimmed milk
Lunch - Reduced sugar baked beans and 1 potato croquette
Dinner - Grilled salmon, 1 scallop and avocado
Snack - A seafood stick and a mini babybel.
 
Breakfast - zilch
Lunch - (yo sushi) pumpkin kokorra, 1x chicken goyoza, 2 piece salmon terayaki
Dinner - leaves, r onion, cue, plum toms, feta, olives and smoked salmon
