10 stone 2 is really skinny for your height I bet !! Mr Mizra told me my body would decide my final weight. i was none too pleased as it might likestaying a tubster !!

It's at the top end of a healthy BMI for my height
I was around 9 stone 10 for a while but naughty nibbles put paid to that
