Ohhhh hun I am so sorry lolol... I know how you feel though. I have never ever been a sweet tooth and even less so a cake person but yesterday I had a really full on craving for of all things a Victoria sponge!!! Nothing triggered it, it just came out of the blue and stuck for the rest of the day but all day all I could think of was how could I get my hands on some and if I had all the ingredients at home so I could go bake one. I didn't so problem solved lol but I swear if someone had came in with a Victoria sponge I would have scoffed the lot!
Don't beat yourself up about the cheese hun you had your blow out now pick yourself up & carry on but hide the cheese! Lol xx
Ohh despite the restriction on what foods I can eat I am loving it so far. It is working for me and I am managing to work with it. I can do bland for 6 months as long as I am seeing results
