Carol as long as you are honestly sticking to your healthy food and portion control you will lose.. Remember I was stuck for over three weeks at the start of my balloon insert. Do you see a dietician through your provider? .. They will keep you right.
How is your fluid intake? I am finding that it is essential I get the fluids in. Aiming for at least 2.5litres per day. For me this is the hard part as I'm finding it a chore but it is becoming very clear that I must keep it going in. If I lapse I will stall.
Remember with fibro it is all about pacing yourself. Don't do so much in the gym if you then have to rest for 3 hours. When my fibro started I went on a course with the hospital. They really pushed the pacing yourself thing!!!

I wouldn't know what pacing was even if it hit me in the face!!!! I go he'll for leather and then pay for it for a week!!!! I'm an all or nothing gal!
It's a pain in the ass. But I have to try even things out!
Even with cleaning the house! I do it all in one day then can't move the next three days then I try take it slowly and it all gets ontop of me and I get so stressed that I get worse!
My head does be all over the place!!!

Hello peeps. How is everyone doing? Three months ballooned today. Weighed this morning. Two and a half stone gone. Interview on Tuesday and managed to shoe horn myself into my suit. Ballet last night was such fun again. I would recommend it!!!! How is everyone doing???

Yup the hubby thinks its my place to clean, tidy cook n all that! He does the renovations painting what ever but I tidy as he goes!!!!

Completely changed everything around! Diet exercise more water!!! 2-3 leiters a day!

I also had an interview yesterday! Great going!
So fingers crossed I will be going for training in 6 weeks. Can't wait! Have to concentrate on the weight loss now
