Eating plan

Lisa mmm Sea bass in garlic yummy, did you have anything with it ? veg salad etc..

hi, i had a bit of hollandaise sauce on the side, i didnt have anything else with it as at 9 months post-op i still get full really quickly on fish so didnt want to fill up on anything else...it was yummy!
 
Brekkie- milky coffee(really struggle to eat early morning)

Lunch- cheese salad

Dinner- dry curried chicken with natural yogurt and couscous

Snacks- Dilute throughout the day and x2 delmonte lollies

Breakfast today - half a ryvita with quorn pate on.
Lunch - home made vegetable soup with a little bit of bread broken in
Tea - Artichoke hearts in dressing from lidl - had quite a lot of oil in :-(

snacks - going to have some grapes when the kids are asleep.

Thursday: Brekkie, porridge with 1/2 pint of s/s milk. Lunch, beef stew. Dinner prawn with light philly dip. supper, 1x slice of toast with w/w pate`. (I buy that bread with no crust cos I dont want curly hair lol)
 
Bypasser. 3 weeks post op.

Small cup of milk

Half a weetabix with milk.

Fortimel

Cauliflower soup, half a cup.

Mash and beans, blended.

Half a cup heinz spring veg soup.

Approx half a pint of fluid.

Plus supplements.

Skinny cow double choc ice cream

Coffee & water during day

Not drinking enough water so have pain in kidneys!!!
 
Saturday: Breakfast Banana smoothie. Lunch, 1/2 Asda good for you chicken tika masala with tri rice, mini satay stick, Homemade Banana mousse`made with s/s milk 1 rich.T bikkie as the base with 1/4 banana then finished off with chocolate vermicelli. Dinner, the other half of my chicken tika. Snacks: handful of grapes, 1 pkt baked wotsits (only 95cals) Saturday is my treat day by the way so all in all It was mosttttttt enjoyable. :flirt2:

Breakfast - half a ryvita and quorn pate

Lunch - carrot celery beetroot and pepper Crudités with houmous and bruchetta dip and a bit of lancashire cheese.

I also pinched a few of my daughters little breadsticks tho.

Tea - sesame seed crispbread broken up and dipped in houmous.

I drank in excess of 2 litres of nas squash too!! And only 1 coffee, I am having more and more fruit teas :)

Lunch - I don't remember having anything!
Tea - lentil dahl (no rice) with a few chips :-(

RoseJohnson - can I ask where you get your Quorn pate? I was vegetarian for 10 years (only stopped quite recently) and still eat mainly Quorn products - I cannot seem to find the pate anywhere anymore, and I love it :).

unfortunatley i ate it all , as no restriction from the band at the moment

Roast beef (almost minced it) swede, marrow, 1 tablespoon mash, gravy

Snack
2 white russian cocktails!!!
1 vodka & fresh lime juice topped up with soda

Teas and nas squash.
 
Monday: breakfast 1/2 pint s/s milk, Lunch Bubble n` squeak, made with cabbage small amount of potatoes, chunky carrots and chopped lean bacon, w/w yoghurt. Dinner, colcannon, petit`s pois, underneath part of fray bentos steak & ale pie. (hubby had the rest pie ect). supper, 2 ryvitas with cheese. Snacks: 1x satsuma, handful of cherries, 3 x fig bikkies:eek: naughty but nice!!
