Home from the USA :-(
I have been away for the weekend so starting again from Monday
Breakfast - 1 slice toast and marmite
Lunch - 3 dairylea triangles
Tea - Vegetable curry (no rice)
2 black coffees all day (that's amazing it's usually about 10), 4 fruit teas and 1 cup of NAS squash.
I lost 1lb last week.
