I do not have a diary, sent you a message.
You are one of the lucky ladies who have a fantastic face and figure. You look just lovely on your photos. Please do not get hang up about a little gain - it's good that you are paying attention to maintain but pls don't get disheartened. You are so fit now, and so much slimmer than before (saw some of your US photos where you showed a dress that you used to wear before.
Your walks are amazing, the recent photo and dogs are fantastic too.
We should one day organise a walking get together (says she lying in bed in post Barcelona blues)

Hi Kirsty. Sorry to hear about your broken band but glad that your are remaining positive. You've done so well lady! What a lovely photo of the doggies, just so beautiful, and I'm rather taken with the little one who has his / her paws over another. :)

What is that bubble? Is it a camera trick? What a beautiful face and such lovely skin. I'm jealous. Hope the appointments go well his week. :) xx

BFB. My friend is a breeder and two of the four pups are hers. The wee white one is 10 weeks and just adorable :)

I have no idea what that bubble is......a reflection off my camera in the mirror I think xx

Your face is beautiful hun x the gain will come off try not to worry follow the slimming world rules and you'll be reet x
 
Oh Kirsty so sorry to hear your band has a leak and hope they can pinpoint the problem with the X-ray.

You look great in your photo x. And the wee doggies x
 
Still thinking of you, I think you have done so well to have achieved the weight loss that you have with a broken band. I think you look fabulous in all you photos and I certainly cannot see that you have put the weight on. Xx
 
Hey Kirsty!.... Sorry I've not been around. Just been catching up with your diary!..... Thinking of you hun. I hope they get this sorted for you quickly!.... You look stunning in your pic and I don't see any gain at all..... It seems I'm inadvertently practising maintenance also... Scales won't Bally shift except up and back to same.... Been burring my head in sand! Lol.... In the circumstances your doing great!... Stick with it hunni, once they fix that leak you will be flying down again! :) xx
 
Oh no Kirsty just read about your leak hope they sort it soon,keep your chin up you've done fantastic so far,your looking fab in your photo as always xxxx
